Trying to figure out how to clean the laser on a Xerox CopyCentre C20?
My copier at work prints out very faint copies, and the only way to alleviate the problem is manually set the copier to darken.
I'm 99% sure the laser inside is dirty, because both the drum and toner have been replaced and results are the

Open right cover and front door
remove toner AND drum, place drum somewhere out of direct light.
